December

Man I really need to keep up on these. This has been a busy month for us but a really good one. Christmas was wonderful this year. When Rob and I got married we couldn't afford the top half of my wedding ring. Christmas eve Rob woke me up, gave me the top half of my ring and re proposed. I am hard to surprise (since I am a snooper) and I was totally amazed, he is so romantic. Trey got a new Trike and Rob a new watch. I also got a new Flip cam soooo get ready for some videos. Trey is getting so big the other day I caught him down in the basement pretending to eat dinner it was so cute, he is also sleeping in a toddler bed, and today he came home from Nana's knowing where his nose is!

Fall part two

All right everybody here is part two of the blog. I also want to tell some funny random information. As many of you know I really like to shop, but I am trying to become a frugalista. So I have become a coupon clipper. Here are some good websites below, but remember to set up a junk e-mail account..
http://www.blogs.com/topten/10-best-coupon-mommy-blogs/
http://www.moneysavingmom.com/
http://print.coupons.com/couponweb/Offers.aspx?pid=13306&zid=iq37&nid=10&bid=alk120619121017c969a6e15314

This year I got all of my Christmas photo cards for free from one of these blogs. The down side is it is time consuming, it takes a long time to go to the different sites and find the right coupons, find the correct item at the store and then when you get to the ready to pay your that person in the line (and if your like me you have to dig through your coin purse and people are like " Happy Hanukkah " and you say "I'm not Jewish" and their like "could have fooled me.")

Another random event:

One night rob and I were quite sad, you see K-State had just lost to MU Rob and I thought that nothing was going to cheer us up but then on the drive home we saw this randomly parked in the Walgreen's parking lot!! So I had to take a picture in front of the ghostbusters car!! On thanksgiving day we all went over to Robs grandma's house to eat and after we all of us girls played rummy.

Kayla, Karen and Judy ( I think Judy was trying to look at Karen's cards)

Rando (My mom) in the picture with Kayla and Dylan

the Schmidt family, and Dylans bag of gold.

On Friday my mom and I went and saw Wicked it was really good I would recommend it to anyone.

And the highlight of the weekend Disney on Ice! Trey loved it and it was really awesome for us after when he took a three hour nap.

Halloween

Hey everybody ( I love writing that, it reminds me of the Simpson's),
So I hope everyone had a safe and happy Halloween!! The Reeves family had a blast! We finally got a new digital camera last Wednesday, it's waterproof! So next summer when we're hanging by the pool Rob and I do not have to worry about the camera at all. Then on Thursday we carved pumpkins. Rob was the wildcat (shocking I know), I was the skull (also shocking), and Trey was the monster. I would love to say that we did this for Trey but the truth is Trey went to bed and Rob and I stayed up carving the pumpkins. Friday was Dill Pills birthday party ( The big six'er) over at Bob and Karen's. So we went over to their house and had some cake and watched Dill Pickle open his presents, Rob and I got him some new goosebumps books. how cool is it that their is still at least one kid out there that asks for books for his birthday. Saturday was the big day for us. Nana and grandpa came over to pass out candy while mommy and daddy went trick or treating with "Max, King of the Wild Things" (AKA Trey). We only went around the block but a good time was had by all. After Trey went home with Nana and Grandpa, Rob and I went out with a group of friends. We rented a limo and went down town. It was really fun and our costumes were a big hit, we were Mr. and Mrs. Hambugler.

The highlight of the night was when Rob talked Kurt into going through the McDonald's Drive through and ordering 10 hamburgers. Rob got out of the car and hid, then when the worker was about to hand Kurt the bag Rob ran by and grab it shouting " the Hamburgler Strikes again!!" Good times and now for something completely different.

Our pumpkins (The half black one on the top step is the one that Rob payed 16 dollars for and was rotten in a week.)

I'm a model you know what I mean and I do my little turn on the catwalk!

The hambugler's, waiting for the Limo to arrive (don't worry grandma that's an energy drink in my hand not a beer)

The pirate couple, Lauren got extensions that day so all night long, "Look at my hair, look at my hair." Yes Lauren, it was long and glorious. Craig was the Whitest pimp in all the land, Emily was Cherry Darling from Plant Terror and Dustin was her Zombie of love, Kurt was count Dracula.

Thats all for now, see you next week.

Love,

Jess

pumpkin patch fun

Hey everybody ,
last week was fun for our family (the best part was I didn't get hurt at all). On Friday Trey went to Nana's and Grandpa's and Rob and I actually went on a date! We went to dinner and a movie, Zombie land funny but a little gross. Saturday, we just relaxed and took it easy. Trey, Judy and I took a trip to kohl's to get Trey some winter Jammie's he is already in 2T, the boy is huge! Judy got a new winter cSaturday night we hung out at home played cards with Emily and Dustin and did a little hot tubing, all in all a great night.
Sunday was really fun, we went to the animal farm and Trey loved the cows!!! we also stopped by the church pumpkin patch and everyone picked out a pumpkin. we have discovered that trey knows what sound a dog, cow, kitty and race car makes. It was a wonderful surprise and we think he learned it at daycare.
Monday we went to gymbree Trey was in put into the 16 to 22 month class and even though Trey had a really good time I don't think that he is ready for the class yet. So we may try again in a few months.
this week will be really low key since Rob will be out of town on a hunting trip Wenesday through Tuesday.

That's in for now, check out the funny video I made:

Steph and Josh's wedding, trip to the lake and softball!!

( above Emily is Rocking a lovely CSI pinball machine, because I know when I think horrific crime, I think triple bonus point)

Hello everybody,
As many of you know last week was not a fun week for me!!! I play catcher on our softball team and I jumped up to catch the ball and the (male) runner decided that I am a huge threat and rammed into me, fracturing my arm. I didn't know it was fractured (Rob kept telling me it was bruised and to stop being a baby) so I didn't go to the doctor till the next day, it was one of the most painful nights of my life! I've had it in a sling since Monday and tomorrow I go get it x-ray'ed to see where they want to go next, breaking your arm is extra fun with a 14 month baby. So Sunday night I'm not playing because of my arm, but I do go to the field to watch Rob and the team play. I'm walking away from the ball field to Trey's toy bat when I hear "heads up" so I look up to see where the foul ball is so that I can move. You know what I saw? The ball, wham right in the forehead. I have a huge goose egg right above my eyebrow. So in conclusion who ever has the voodoo doll of me "I'M SORRY" please don't hurt me anymore!
On to some pictures:

Trey and I at the farmers market we just started eating organic.
1. this is a watermelon not a pickle 2. they are not doing anything inappropriate Dustin!!

I'm ready for my shoot Trya, ANTM here I come!!!

Give me the thing that light comes out of mommy

Here are our two team mascots: Mr. T and and Emer's the winner!!

In September our good friends Stephanie and Josh got married, Rob had the honer of being asked to be a groomsmen and all the guest had the honer of watching Trey get down on the dance floor. He was a ladies man that night! Trey didn't do so hot while the ceremony was being preformed his thought pattern was, " Mommy were outside, why are we setting and why doesn't the pretty lady in the white dress answer when I yell at her? " needless to say we had to step aside for a while.
